Financial Information

The Iowa State University Foundation welcomes your interest in our financial operations and priorities. We take great pride in stewarding the private gifts raised to support Iowa State University, in accordance with the intended purposes of each generous benefactor.

The financial and investment operations of the ISU Foundation are under the direct oversight of the Foundation Board of Directors, which has delegated specific responsibilities to separate committees: finance (financial operations), investment (investment policies and practices) and audit (independent audit). Each of these committees is made up of volunteer ISU benefactors with expertise in financial management and investments.

The ISU Foundation's financial statements are audited annually by the independent, international audit firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States. The independent auditors report directly to the audit committee of the ISU Foundation Board.
